What You Will Need

If you don't already have an electrical connection at the rear of your vehicle, you will need to have a wire harness installed with a standard 4-pole flat connection.  A wire harness allows the functionality of your automobile's tail lights to be transmitted to the Auto Rack Lights product.

Wire harnesses are specific to a vehicle and can be found at automotive stores or trailer hitch outfitters.

Depending on the make & model of your automobile, you might be able to install the harness yourself, but please check with your vehicle's manufacturer first.  Installation on one of our vehicle's was $15 + the cost of the wire harness.

If you already have an electrical connection at the rear of your vehicle, check to make sure it is a 4-pole flat connection.  If not, you will need to get an adapter.
